The sign for “Christmas” is similar to the sign for “tree,” if you know it. Your non-dominant arm is flat (as if signing “table” or “day”), and your dominant arm is straight up with the elbow resting on your non-dominant hand. Your dominant hand is shaped like a C and shakes back and forth.
You can also do more of a swoop, similar to the motion of “day.” You start with your dominant arm resting on top of your non-dominant arm with a C handshape, then raise your dominant arm up and switch the C from a LR position to an inward position.

(I learned to place my nondominant arm underneath rather than do a one-handed sign for Christmas.)
